Explore secular mindfulness and meditation with Kath Meadows of Moving Mountains Yoga. Each session will include guided meditation, mindfulness topics, and time for discussion. This is a free program.
All levels are welcome. No experience necessary. For ages 18 and up. Meets in the Library Commons Room.
