The meditative movement QiGong will be taught and lead at the library by Check Steg. QiGong is a Chinese practice that involves movement, breathing, and meditation to improve health and wellbeing. Beginners are welcome. This class is free and requires no registration.
This class will meeting every Thursday at 9am in the library’s Commons Room. Should class be canceled for some reason, we will announce it on the homepage of our website and on social media as soon as we are alerted.
