Mindfulness for Kids, Teens & Parents

Judith Wilson will lead a program where you can learn about 10 mindfulness practices that can calm, focus, and relax your brain and body. Walk-away with an understanding of how your brain reacts to anxiety or stress. (For elementary age to adults)
