Explore secular mindfulness and meditation with Kath Meadows of Moving Mountains Yoga. Each session will include guided meditation, mindfulness topics, and time for discussion. All levels welcome. No experience required. This is a free program. For ages 18 and up. Meets in the Library Commons Room.
Sensory-Friendly Library Time: A calm browsing experience for neurodivergent visitors and those with sensory needs. During this dedicated hour, we create a low-stimulus environment with dimmed lighting and reduced noise. All are welcome to join us in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere from 10 AM - to 11 AM.
This group is intended for those who are coping with caregiving responsibilities for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimers. Join us to build community, share resources, and alleviate the burden of caregiving. This program is facilitated by Access 304.
